Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Co-Founder to spearhead our growth, marketing, and business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building and executing the business mission and vision, brainstorming customer acquisition strategies, developing business plans and forecasts, and participating in marketing activities to build brand awareness and excitement for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and align resources to achieve key business results, including the development of KPIs.
- Conduct marketing and promotion activities by building a social media presence, networking, and attending industry events to build word-of-mouth.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaborations to support and drive the company’s growth and business.
- Manage day-to-day business operations to refine the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee finances, including profit & loss, cash flow management, and managing burn rate.
- Ensure that the translation of client business and functional requirements into delivered solutions is performed in compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Tech/Fintech industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
